Greek Salad


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, washed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces.
  • 1 medium Cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata or Black Pitted Olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 medium Red Onion, cut into rings


Preparation:


1. In a small bowl, whisk Greek seasoning, fresh lemon juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil.
2. Gently stir in feta cheese. Refrigerate minimum of 15 minutes.
3. Add romaine lettuce, cucumber, olives, tomatoes and red onion to large serving bowl.
4. When ready to serve, stir dressing and pour over vegetables. Toss to coat.
