Pear and Gorgonzola Salad

 


Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 3 large ripe pears
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Baby salad leaves
  • 4 tbs good-quality bought vinaigrette
  • 300g gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
 

Method

  1. Slice the pears thinly and toss in the lemon juice.
  2. Combine salad leaves with the vinaigrette, divide among the plates, and top with the pear and crumbled cheese.
